The session is almost over (after running a little long), with only the budget left to vote on Thursday before adjourning sine die. We’re hard at work compiling votes on bills to develop our 2020 Progressive Legislative Scorecard, which will be featured in our next newsletter.
While you’re waiting, here’s a fun way to summarize this session. It was a time to pick low-hanging fruit, and to reach into the upper branches a bit; but we also left some things to ripen on the tree until next session:
